Managers, we do not want employees to do this but managers, we had this feature in Business Portal and it was really nice feature to save time for the office staff.

Hi Terry,

Why would you allow employee to do so ?? This is typically an HR & PR reserved information and I don't see why this should be made accessible to every employee ?
