Enable Modified By and Created By on all tables

The question always comes up, who did what? Who needs training? How can we prevent this in the future? Instead of enabling the Database Logging feature of F&O we'd like to have Modified By, Modified DateTime, Created By, and Created DateTime to be enabled on all tables.

I would add to this, make it possible to add these fields to a custom data entity that we may then publish to BYOD. At present the Data Entity wizard will fail if these fields are added.
