In classic UI if you use the AI for sales to autocapture emails in my inbox that haven't been tracked, the user can track the email from the activity pane. In unified interface, it displays the email, but there is no way to track the email from the timeline.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with auto capture in unified client. Tracking of auto captured emails IS available on unified client. I've reached out to you to help understand the issue.
