It would be nice to easily visualized the column fields from grids when creating a new record and potentially select from table. While creating a new record and potentially selecting from a table, this table values covers the column fields.

Having the column fields visible at all time, may bring additional accuracy for the end user while capturing data and/or while selecting from the main records from listing table.
