Allow formatting of Account Schedule headers - both report headers and column headers. Allow to add Month names like Management Report @month feature.

Also allow the ability to change fonts, bold, italic formatting for headers and lines.

Also allow flexibility to move the row description so you can have some amount columns print first and then description and then additional amounts. An example is to print MTD budget and Actual - then description - the YTD budget and actual.
