Currently system allows to search by customer name or last name, however there is currently no default search option to initiate search in vice versa fields (e.g. last name and first name), Not having the option to default search in vice versa, just in the event name and/or last name may had been incorrectly entered, user may take additional time in searching in each field. Having the enhance option to initiate search by last name and by first name with an option to automatically initiate search in vice versa maybe helpful, to easily locate and confirm records.
