Again, if the data entities were public you could do so much more with this. Also, if there was a Flow connector to Talent that would likely solve this problem as well.

On further investigation I found that if a case is logged via the FMLA cases form, even if you choose the general case category, it adds the case to the FMLA case details entity, but if you log a case through the new case form on the employee record and choose any category apart from FMLA it does not add it to the case detail entity. Also any custom case categories added do not appear when you log a case on the FMLA cases form but custom processes do appear to select from even if you choose FMLA category. The 2 forms on the employee screen and FMLA cases screen visually appear the same and looks to write to the same table (CaseDetails) but does not produce the same results when you export the data via the DMF entity.
If the form on the employee screen could be enhanced to have it's own entity for all other cases apart from FMLA, with more detail fields (e.g. category stage, activity type, etc.) this would be great to report on. The current inquiry on the processes form is very limited in the information it can show.
