Translation to Spanish. I think Microsoft should have someone in destination country of localization to review the translation of the fields captions. It is obviously not checked since you can figure out that this translation is made by some kind of translating machine (such us BING translator?). Its ok to have a machine doing first wave translating, but after this some native person should check it out. I particularly give my opinion about translation into Spanish. Sometimes I need to change the language to ENU to understand what the caption or tooltip means because it is hardly understood in Spanish.
