I want to find an entry around ~$200 which will be able to do

199.01 - 201.99
or
~~ 200.01 - 200.99

The problem with approximate filtering of numbers is that approximate may mean different things to different users.

You can filter your specific case this way in Business Central

199.01..201.99|200.01..200.99
