Allow charges to be individually listed on sales confirmations and invoices. Many clients require visibility of restocking fees, handling fees, etc. to be listed separately vs. having them lumped into a total amount.
Offers transparency to the client's customer as well as ease of reviewing for the client.

Apparently this coding is available for Finland localization. Please add this functionality to USA and other countries as well.
