Since D365 we have to log in separately when we want to update any workflow. With the addition of second level security this has become an enormous drag on our productivity.
It takes a long time to get through the login.
With automatic logins used for D365 itself it is beyond me why this double login cannot be avoided.

We lose lots of time through this.
