Within Analytics there are several issues that makes the data unreliable:
1. Analytics calculates all staff whether active or inactive (filtered using 'blank')
2. Although you can filter on Legal Entities or Departments, you can never be sure if what you are seeing
3. Global / Local data is inconsistent - when filtering some figures remain global, some move to local and it is hard to know which is which
4. The main one! - No filter to distinguish on Employment Type (between Employees and Contractors). Not having this totally misrepresent the numbers. No company pools employees and contractors together within Headcount and FTE calculations as they are budgeted separately. A simple filer to separate these will make all the difference
