Allow setup of performance journal source type so that colleague's inputs are not visible by the employee

In our performance review process each employee receives feedback from 3 colleagues. Performance journal allows someone to send feedback to a colleague but this colleague will see everything. Could you add the option to write feedback for someone else so that his/her manager receives the information but not the employee?
