It would be very useful if users received pro-active warnings when they enter incorrect information which system then evaluates later and the personnel action results in error for example for: - Fixed compensation start date/end date is before/after the Position assignment start date/end date This is because if there is a workflow in place which involves multiple participants, the incorrect data is recognised sometimes only after the whole workflows process ends which could take days. This request then needs to be reactivated and resubmitted all over again however, if a pro-active warnings existed, user could have entered the correct data the first time.
