Add: Retail POS to initialize refund amounts (exists in RUS)

Hi,

Please add the possibility to initialize they payment method used at purchase for returns.

Normally if a customer buys something and then returns it we would like to return to the same means of payment that was used at the time of purchase.

As it is now the cashier manually have to make sure to return the amount to the correct payment mean.

I think a smilar function is available in the Russian localization.

This should work for all retail channels, POS, call center and web.
