Enhanced date of the month short cut from date field

It would be nice to have the enhanced option to use the date shortcut from the date field, as previous versions (For example: If today is May 14, 2019, the user could enter "14" system assumes is May 14 of year 2019).

This is standard functionality since PU15 at least. In General journals (Transaction date) this works exactly as you describe.
