We need to know if a quotation has been accepted or rejected and even why, when I go to archives. At this moment I can not know which one has been accepted or rejected.
Thank you in advance.

This is critical and needed for sure.
In addition it would be necessary to have better way to check quote history. Searching archived quotes is not sufficient - reason is simple. In most EU countries by law, quote when accepted can be treated as "legal agreement" so its vital that such copies are saved by default. Depends on quote status (rejected, cancelled, deleted, revised, accepted) it should be key to have account quote history visible under account with access to actual copies.
There is no worse situation than having lost quote or quote info if it was revised, rejected or cancelled. Every quote sent to customer should be unique copy, when changing it should create another version (like in Dynamics).
...all in all MS should consider migrating Business Central and Dynamics CRM. Syncing is pretty horrible and creates inefficiency in process. It would be lot better to have these working as one.
