Add Camera support for Field Service App on Hololens

There seems to be no way right now to use the native camera functionality of the Resco based Field Service App on Hololens.

Thank you for the feedback. This functionality is now supported in our HoloLens Field Service Mobile application as the Windows team began supporting the API that we were using.
