Support Percentages for Direct Deposit

Currently you can only do an amount or the remaining balance for direct deposit. Support for percentages should be added. The slide for remaining balance is also not very intuitive. I would suggest a drop-down for deposit type that has three options for fixed amount, percentage, remaining balance.
