There is no solution for Floorstock in D365. It should not be hard to get a solution for it. We need a line type on the BOM and the PROD BOM that will make sure this floorstock item: - is not showing up on the Picklist - is not creating a "remaining quantity" on the PRod BOM - so does not require a consumption transaction. Floorstock is an item that is NOT inventory managed in the system. We need a solution for that. The service item, a logical choice for this floorstock behavior, is completely behaving like an inventoried item. I need to consume it... and it wants to have inventory for this service item . A strange contradiction. (we cant pick negative becuae that would affect all normal items too)
