Currently in Business Central, direct debit collection status sets a "posted" value as soon as the related entries have been transferred to the general journal, which is not really correct.

The idea would be to have an intermediate status as "Entries created" when the entries have been only created in the general journal.

If the user manually posts the general journal without incident, then the system automatically updates the status of the direct debit collection with the value "Posted".

This idea would allow users to better manage the posting of direct debit collections in manual mode and offer the choice of recreating entries in the general journal if the user had accidentally deleted them during the first transfer to the general journal without posting.
