Purchase Requisitions Function with Approval

Would like to request a Purchase Requisitions function which comes with Workflows approvals.

Currently we workaround with Purchase Quote.

BC needs to add the purchase requisition with approval. BC customers miss this functionality that even Dynamics SL has within its modules
