Instead of starting my workflow by its record setting, it will be great to have a date and time setting to start a workflow automatically.
A function which disables audit log to show changed field which is not used for audit tracking
Whenever field is updated (turned off for auditing), the audit log kindly shows that the changed field is not used for audit tracking. This is because auditing is turned on on its entity level. I would like to have a function which does not show such logs.

I cannot delete an unwanted system graph from the opportunity entity. When I click 'delete' on a selected system graph, there is an error message about system graphs which cannot be deleted due to one or more compoments require it.
Email activities automatically save drafts when hitting a reply button
Once you click a reply button, it creates a draft record in Email Activities without saving or sending. I do not want this behavior to occur. I would like CRM to create a record in email activities when we only choose to 'save'.
There should be 'track' button for outgoing email in server-side synchronisation
There is no function in server-side synchronisation such as 'Track' for outgoing email.
This function is strongly needed by our end users and it we could not achieve this, we would not be able to sell our product.

To add a function to set up time zone after syncing an appointment to Outlook from CRM.
When an appointment was SYNC to Outlook from CRM, date and time is set to UTC which makes it inconvinient for Japan users (UTC+9).
