E-Mail Templates with custom entities
Currently Dynamics CRM 2011 does not allow to create E-Mail Templates with our own custom entities. There is no reason why this should not be allowed, and it would be nice to have this new feature

Currently it connects to Exchange mailbox and gathers all items inside Inbox mail folder.
However, sometimes there can be also items which are not type of email like (skype voicemail, SMS through activesync, IPM.Note etc)....
