Keeping contracts to stay in the draft status
I would like to have a function which could keep contracts to stay in the draft status even though these contracts are about to expire.
Ability to customise Look Up Record

Reset instace and version information
Now CRM let us choose which version of CRM online to reset instance for development and testing before going to production environment.

Currently, we do not have enough information about the next release and what new features are to be added or going to be changed.

Sync Appointments from CRM and Office 365
Server-side sync allows Appoinments created right from CRM; however, it does not sync any appointments created from Office 365 Calendar.
